Consultation

Each project begins with a complimentary consultation. Many homeowners have a general idea of what they ultimately want to accomplish when considering a construction project, however they are not sure how practical or feasible their ideas are. Our Designer or Contractor will meet with you, review your ideas, offer some direction and allows us to get to know each other.

 

Moving Forward

In order for our designer to begin working on floor plans, we need accurate measurements of the existing space. In addition, precise measurements are integral to our estimating process as we will need to price out materials and labor in order to provide customers with appropriate costs. 

 

Custom Designs and Floor Plans

With the information gathered during the initial consultation, our designer will begin preliminary sketches and conceptual drawings of your project. Because our designer is both experienced and educated with not only remodeling but the actual science of utilizing space effectively, these preliminary floor plans become the foundation for your entire project. For instance, in addition to providing homeowners with a concept that can be visualized, floor plans are used for accurately ordering cabinets, vanities, granite countertops, and essentially all other materials necessary for completing a remodeling project.

 

Estimate

While our designer is hard at work sketching your concept, our project team is busy putting together a scope of work for your project and crunching numbers. A combination of shopping around for the best material prices, analyzing workflows, and over 25 years of experience allow HCC to offer competitive and accurate estimates to each of our potential customers. 

 

Breaking Ground

Permits and contracts in place, the fun begins... the start of your dream. The foundation of any project is the beginning of what we do best... building homes to last. That’s why we try to use quality building materials and critically select our sub-contractor network. This helps assure impeccable detailing and timely completion. Our job sites are also known for being especially clean, well-run, and all our workers are respectful and polite.
